if you take 8 bladed and make it 8 energy - you can safely do that, but if you want to genuinely respec, count how many skill points it took and add them to 7 at the very beginning of that character's data. Just take note that the higher the skill the more points it takes to level up. ALL of your char's data - age, hair style, inventory and skills are there, if you want to edit anything. Search for, - this will be the END of your first character's bio and all of your skills will be just right before it.
